American Home Shield contractors can save a significant amount of time processing service requests with ShieldTrack.* Essentially, ShieldTrack transparently monitors MS Outlook and detects incoming service requests from American Home Shield. For each service request received, a work order is automatically created in Wintac under a defined American Home Shield record. The work order contains the job location, contract information, work description and any pertinent notes.

A work order is also automatically generated under the customer who is having the work performed to facilitate the application of a service fee. ShieldTrack will even create a new customer record if that customer does not already exist in Wintac.
