What is the difference between Wintac Pro and Wintac Green?

Both Wintac Pro and Wintac Green are full-featured business management programs for the field service industry. Wintac Pro also includes features vital to equipment installation/service management and specialty construction projects.

Wintac Green is designed primarily for pest control, lawn care, landscaping, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, janitorial service, maid service, snow removal and related field service industries.

Wintac Pro is designed primarily for HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, appliance repair, roofing, overhead door, pool & spa, equipment repair, alarm & security, computer repair, fuel oil delivery, and related service and construction contractors. It has all the features of Wintac Green plus: customer equipment installation and follow-up service tracking, multi-location serialized inventory management, progress billing, AIA billing, and certified payroll reporting.

What is the price of Wintac?

Currently you can purchase Wintac Pro for $1,795 and Wintac Green for $1,595. There are no set-up fees, no "per job" costs, no subscription fees, no monthly charges, no additional costs for support, and no additional licensing fees for using Wintac's built-in mobile computing features. Plus, if you qualify, we will even provide you with financial assistance to help pay for Wintac!

Without exception, Wintac is the absolute best software value in the service industry. Don't be fooled by companies that charge thousands of dollars for a substandard system or require you to pay set-up fees followed by never-ending monthly charges. Be aware that, with many service-industry programs, included after-sale support services are very limited. You are typically required to purchase support plans or pay annual "membership" fees - above and beyond the cost of the software! Some companies advertise free support but simply factor the cost into the never-ending monthly charges to use their software.

Moreover, unlike most software companies in the service industry, we offer live support and do not require you to submit online request forms or leave voice mail messages during normal business hours.

How does the price of Wintac compare to competing products?

First off, since we know of no other service industry software with the wealth of features included in Wintac, we really have no direct competition. How often do you update and offer new versions of Wintac?

We release one major upgrade of Wintac each year and make it available to registered owners at a small fraction of the retail price. Upgrades include all the enhancements since your version plus another full year of unlimited technical support services. Keeping your software up to date couldn't be easier or more cost-effective!

And, rest assured, if you choose not to upgrade in any given year, your version of Wintac will not shut off. Nor will you have to purchase and install "missing" versions when you eventually do upgrade.

What about all the data we've accumulated in our current software?
